Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Wierk SRL to Clients under a written agreement. “Services” are digital strategy, technology direction, product strategy & design services.

2. No Automatic Refund

​Services are delivered based on an agreed contract or statement of work. Because we render time, effort and bespoke work to fulfil Services, refunds will not be automatic unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation by Client

If the Client cancels the Services before delivery of the main work product, the Client remains liable for fees corresponding to work performed up to the cancellation date (including all costs incurred).

If Wierk SRL has completed a milestone and delivered a deliverable, the Client may not claim a refund for that milestone.

4. Cancellation by Wierk SRL

If Wierk SRL cancels the Services without cause, we will refund fees paid for undelivered work. Prior to refund, Wierk SRL shall notify the Client in writing and provide an accounting of the work delivered.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund the Client must send a written request to billing@wierk.com within 30 days of termination/ cancelation. Wierk SRL will respond within 14 calendar days.

6. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy you should contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Belgian law.

7. Changes to this Policy

Wierk SRL may update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be posted on the Website with the effective date.
